You can choose to not allow product reviews on your site. To do this, log into the Administration interface and:

1. Hold the mouse over Catalogue and click on Product Types.
   
   
2. Click on Product - General and then click on the edit layout button.
   
   
3. Scroll down to find Show Product Reviews Button. Click on it and set it to False.
   
   
4. Do the same for Show Product Reviews Count.
